Mitsuhide didn't need the help of his familiar to figure out that something was wrong and that the griffin came to him in order to get some help. So he quickly put on his sandals, and grabbed his sword and gun before following the griffin.

On his way out of the hotel he also summoned Sake, just in case he needed his familiar's help.
